Payments:

Customers have various online methods for making payments (Credit card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and IMPS), and offline methods of payments like Cash, Check, Bank Draft, DD, MO and eMO are also available.

Payment has to be realised in its entirety for shipping to take effect.For cheques, DD etc please give us two bank days to realise the payments before we can initiate the shipping process.


Refunds:

If and when eligible, cash refunds will be sent to and through the method of payment, to your bank account or card or account used to pay for the order. If points were used the points would be refunded back to your account.

Should you choose to take points instead of a cash refund, please let us know well in advance, before the initiation of any such refunds process.  

Refunds usually take anywhere between 3-21  days.

Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipping takes place, and the same will be refunded at 100%.

For order cancellations post shipping, the customer is liable to pay the shipping charges, even if the item(s)/order was covered under free shipping and the shipping cannot be refunded. In this case, the refund process will start only after receiving back the item(s).

Orders cannot be cancelled once the items have been received by the customer. In case the items are not received, lost or damaged in transit, full amount will be refunded, if and only if shipping insurance was purchased while placing the order.

The refund amount is usually credited back to the customers card/account in 3-21 days time from the date of the initiation of cancellation.  

Returns:
 
Returns can be initiated only within 7 days of the items arriving at the customer address. 
 
Returns can only be taken for items that arrive dead on arrival (100% refund or replacement), have faults in manufacturing (covered as per manufacturer guarantee or warantee if any) or if the wrong item was shipped (all expenses borne 100% replacement or refund).
 
If there is an error in ordering and the customer wants to return the items after receiving the product, then the shipping and/or restocking fee upto 15% will be applicable.
 
Items once opened or used cannot be returned, replaced or refunded, unless under any such explicit guarantee or warantee from the manufacturer or exporter at the time of reporting.
